Hello blogging universe. So yeah its been 6 months and i totally forgot to update on here and my channel :( I'm still pretty poor at Korean (also my laptop broke so i haven't got my Korean keyboard and using a temporary one to write this post) I sort of took a little intermission break from learning to, so i took a step back so i wasnt so overwhelmed. i did however do two 5-6week short courses over at coursera for korean and passed both! As you can see in the screenshot! i'll have links below for both courses. Korean is still pretty difficult i still read hangul like a small child who is first learning to read and i still do not understand alot of the words.  So far on my journey im doing this completely FREE and SELF TAUGHT, so i am using free resources such as Duolingo and Memrise and the 2 courses i did on Coursera to learn Korean as well as watching Kdramas to pick up some words, I plan on learning properly (Paid courses or a tutor) one day when i f

My Introduction!

Hello! First of all I just want to say hi and welcome to my Blog! I've started this blog to track my progress and see how far i advance in Reading, Writing and Speaking (pronunciation included) Korean. Now that that is out of the way, I shall get on with my introduction! My name is Tonicha-Jade,  I'm from Yorkshire, England, I'm 20 years old, I have a son who is 2 in June, And I'm a complete beginner to the Korean language. But i enjoy watching Korean Drama shows and listening to Kpop music. I decided I wanted to learn Korean so i can eliminate the use of subtitles when i am watching shows and then i can watch non subbed Korean shows and Videos, as I've found not every show etc is English subbed. I'll be posting both Video logs and regular Blog posts on here to track my learning journey.  And that is where my Blog title comes from because this is my personal Korean Language learning journey. My blog posts will consist of
